Renault's Master ZE electric van will have a real-world range of 75 miles (120km), the manufacturer has announced.

The range includes six versions (three lengths, two heights). The four van versions feature an 8-13 cu m load space and a payload of 975kg to 1,128kg.

The two platform cab versions have a transport capacity of up to 22 cu m and feature payloads of 1,377kg (L2H1) and 1,355kg (L3H1).

Renault has also announced its Easy Connect for Fleet service, which aims to simplify fleet management and reduces costs through secure and affordable connectivity, as well as partnerships with telematics service providers to meet each company's requirements.

Easy Connect for Fleet can automatically and securely provide data such as mileage, location and range from the fleet of Renault vehicles by means of the Renault Communication Adapter unit, which connects to the vehicle’s electronics.

It will be available on the entire range of new Renault vehicles in Europe by mid-2018.

Gilles Normand, SVP, head of the electric vehicles business unit for Groupe Renault, said: "Groupe Renault continues to implement its electricvehicle growth strategy by strengthening its coverage of key market segments.

"The launch of Master ZE meets the needs of professionals to adapt to urban environmental issues."
