Pendragon Vehicle Management adds to senior team

Pendragon Vehicle Management has appointed new marketing and operations leads.

The company has promoted from within to appoint Ben Redmore (pictured left) as operations leader.

Redmore joined Pendragon in January 2009, working in the pricing team. He then became Head of pricing in 2013, taking on responsibility for running the pricing system, ensuring the accuracy of all quotes and orders and liaising with data providers and motor manufacturers.

His new role involves, managing the aftersales supply chain and fleet services function, vehicle logistics / remarketing whilst championing PVM’s drive toward reducing vehicle downtime and improving efficiency for its clients.

Neal Francis, Pendragon Vehicle Management’s divisional managing director, said: “Pendragon are proud to develop internal talent to ensure we have continuity and a succession plan in place as we grow our business.

“We place significant importance on training and developing our team members and are delighted to reward Ben’s hard work and application by promoting from within”.

Redmore added: “After 9 years with the business, I look forward to further developing our fleet services offering in 2017 and improving the quality of our support systems for existing clients and new customers.”

A further addition to the Pendragon Vehicle Management team is Chris Palmer, who joins the company as marketing leader.

Palmer will use his 8 years’ experience in the digital marketing arena to drive expansion and awareness of PVM’s fleet funding and management services, helping to introduce the business to potential new clients and build the brand.

Palmer continued: “Pendragon Vehicle Management have over 33 years’ experience in the industry and it was an easy decision to join an established, trust-worthy company that offers the personal touch.

“As an independent company, PVM can match speed, flexibility and customer-first service with the ability to offer a wide range of brand new cars and vans – a potent combination for an exciting 2017 and beyond.”
