HaynesPro UK are an established Automotive Data Solutions provider. For the last 10 years the business has consistently exceeded budgets, delivering double digit year-on-year growth. HaynesPro UK are looking for an ambitious, experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team. It is an exciting time to join the organisation as you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through the sale of latest product – HaynesFleet.

HaynesFleet has been designed to provide the fleet, leasing and daily rental market with a platform to authorise service, maintenance and repair of vehicles using OEM repair times & parts pricing. HaynesFleet offers a viable, cost effective solution for any provider in the UK.

The position will suit an established professional with a proven record of securing new customers and revenues from the ground up. The right candidate will be someone who understands the importance of collaboration, ownership, integrity and excellent customer service.

What the role involves

  • Responsible for delivering a pure growth model of new business by actively identifying, hunting and acquiring new revenue opportunities specific to HaynesFleet within the UK market
  • Identifying key stakeholders within potential new customers and building long lasting relationships
  • Presenting HaynesFleet to Fleet & Leasing companies as a platform to manage SMR spend
  • Presenting HaynesFleet to Daily Rental companies as a platform to manage SMR spend
  • Complimenting the activities of Sales Director and MD
  • Supporting the wider activities of Haynes Group business in the UK, as directed by the Sales Director

What we are looking for

  • Data savvy individual with a strong understanding of data sales and/or the UK automotive market
  • A fleet & leasing sales background is preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of success in delivering high value new business
  • Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations)
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills
  • Highly numerate individual with the ability to work with data as your core sales product
  • First class planning, organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels (with a focus on senior management decision makers) in a wide range of organisations
