What does the role involve?

Working in our stunning Trowbridge office, you'll be managing a number of direct and indirect reports who support the management and servicing of one of our large fleet customers. Your team are charged with a variety of tasks including ordering new vehicles, fleet admin, and reporting. In addition to leading your team, you will act as a key point of contact for the client, as well as representing your team at management and client meetings.

Some of your key duties will include:

-Running the Company Car team, managing the policy and working closely with key stakeholders

-Overseeing the reallocation of vehicles, maximising cost-savings for the customer

-Taking ownership for escalated issues and ensuring satisfactory resolution for the customer

-Facilitating customer meetings

What are we looking for?

You're passionate about your people, and have some solid management experience under your belt. You know how to get the best out of people, and encourage collaboration between teams. You have a good appreciation of company car policies and process, and a keen eye for business processes in general. In addition, we're looking for the following skills and experience:

-The ability to manage direct and indirect reports

-Great admin skills

-Experience of managing relationships with customers

-Attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy
