Do you have Fleet Management expereince, exceptional leadership and can work in a fast-paced waste management business?
The Role:
Responsibility for fleet strategy, cost effective maintenance, managing service providers, vehicle availability, technical support, servicing, defect reporting, MOT pass rate, performance of fitters, fleet audits, fuel purchase, compactor servicing.
It is paramount that you are not average with fleet management, my client has invested heavily and continues to invest in growth, and this requires someone who has the aptitude to work at ease and implement change where needed. The role is fast paced, responsible for planning, driving efficiencies through.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in waste management
- A natural leader of large teams, great communicator
- Membership of Institute of Road Transport Engineers or Society of Operational Engineers
- Engineering qualification – City and Guilds parts 1-3
- CPC (road haulage)
- IOSH desirable
