This is a brand new role for
Bourne Leisure. As our transformation powers on, we’re looking for an expert in
all things Information Security Risk & Compliance. You will support
Business Continuity planning and Disaster recovery assessments so It’s also
critical that you’re able to translate complex technical language for
non-technical colleagues.

The Information Security team have a strong personal

Your
Opportunity
-To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
-Conducting risk assessment using technical risk assessment methodology, business impact and threat and vulnerability assessments, risk treatment, residual risk analysis and creation of assurance plans.
-Being responsible for oversight and delivery of the risk and control framework
-Providing expert security guidance to stakeholders including senior management and other brands
-Managing 3rd party risks and assessment

What
we’d like you to bring
-A strong understanding of enterprise risk, a methodical approach to risk, processes, procedures, and policies, and knowledge of the software development lifecycle and release management
-Significant experience of working within a risk management framework, making threat assessments and advising senior stakeholders on risk acceptance
-Strong knowledge of information security principles.
-Deep knowledge of risk management and associated frameworks.
-Experience of policy, standard, guideline and procedure creation.
-Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, PSD2, PCI DSS
-Experience of implementing Cyber Risk & Security changes.
