12 MONTH FTC IMMEDIATE START
One of my unique Bradford clients has a newly created role for an experienced Risk Fleet Manager – initially for a 12-month FTC with the possibility to offer a permanent contract.
The ideal person will Investigate, interview and log all driver incidents, keeping comprehensive file on each in line with company policy and procedure along with the role to review, track and track claims ensuring an up to date log is maintained and advise on insurance products & be responsible for all Company insurances including all renewals & claims.
Make an efficient & effective contribution to the business
Comply with relevant regulations, professional codes & maintain health, safety, security & environmental standards in all operations
Know, understand & implement Company policy, protocols & procedures
Complete all necessary administration & compliance
Carry out quarterly driving licence checks and comparisons
Liaise with drivers and witnesses to ensure accident reports are complete
Ensure all policy certificates held are up to date and compliant
Produce quarterly reports on claims made & trends
Compilation of monthly fleet management reports, managing and continuously improving a centralised accident management process
Develop and implement road safety strategy and the supporting campaigns, implement emerging technology in order to improve driving standards for the benefit of the business
Monitor training requirements for drivers
Manage Telematics system / driver behaviour / in vehicle safety systems
Liaising with insurance brokers and Insurers on claims and ULR recovery, manage and minimise at fault costs
Membership of IMI (Preferred but not essential)
Fleet Management ideally, Accident management, Vehicle and plant specification & Vehicle and plant maintenance control and administration
