We are working with an authority in the South to appoint an interim SEN Transport Manager. Reporting to the Head of SEND, you will be responsible for the SEN transport officers, and ensuring that new SEN placements have their assisted travel arranged. You will manage the department's budget and speak regularly with schools and parents to discuss placements and decisions that have been made.
To be successful in this role, you must have Assisted Travel experience within a Local Authority, and have used project management software.
Ideally, being familiar with AdamTran/SProc.net/Synergy would be useful, but isn't essential. Additionally, you will need to be a very organised individual as you will be presenting any developments to stakeholders.
