Women to lead

WOMEN will be the driving majority within 10 years yet many politicians, car dealers and garages regard women drivers as second class citizens, according to an RAC report.

Complex, car-dependent lifestyles, increasing economic activity by women and the flexibility provided by cars have resulted in the traditionally male preserve of motoring becoming the 'hot property' of working women, according to the report.
