Improved service for ATS

ATS has completed the first phase of a major revamp in its communications system which it says will radically improve services to fleet customers.

All 540 ATS centres have been linked to a new CP-based centre point of service (CPOS) system. The move follows trials at 30 centres last year and will lead to a range of service improvements, said Brian Wheeler, the company's national car and van fleet sales manager.
