Fold-up motorbikes for car delivery personnel

A MOTORCYCLE distributor is planning to break into the fleet market with a novel, fold-up moped. The idea is that rental cars could be delivered to the fleet operators' doors and then the delivery driver would assemble the moped and ride back to base.

The moped - a Di-Blasi weighing in at 35kg and powered at speeds of up to 30mph by a 50cc engine - can be ready for the road in minutes and it comes in its own tough carrybag. The moped is fully automatic and can be ridden by full UK car licence holders without 'L' plates. For further information phone 01252 545086 or by fax on 01252 515399.
