RYLAND Multifleet has helped Manchester-based spectacle manufacturer OWP make substantial savings by switching to a solus contract hire deal with Audi. The Midlands-based contract hire specialist won the contract after conducting a review of German-owned OWP's fleet requirements.

Managing director Robert Morris said: 'To our surprise, we have been able to upgrade the fleet to Audis with reduced monthly payments in view of the car's high residual value. Switching to Audi not only uplifts the company's corporate identity, but reflects our German heritage and provides the sales force with stylish vehicles that offer practicality and flair which mirror our range of designer eyewear.'

Ryland will supply a total of 12 Audis to OWP to replace its existing contract hire fleet of Vauxhall Carltons over the next 12 months.
