Until now the system has only been available as standard equipment on Vectra GLS versions and above, but this week Vauxhall announced it was being added to LS models with immediate effect for VAT registered or exempt organisations except daily rental companies.

In addition the price of Trafficmaster Oracle for second and third year users is being reduced. The system is tariff free for the first year but, with effect from Wednesday (January 15), business users can take advantage of an exclusive new Vauxhall arrangement enabling them to purchase optional second and third year tariffs. One year's airtime will cost £18 - instead of £24 - while the tariff for two additional years will be £32 (including VAT) payable within the first month of ownership. In addition, current Vectra owners whose car is fitted with a CAR 400 radio/cassette can have the system installed for £150 (including VAT).
