EuroDollar launches new fleet department

EURODOLLAR has launched a dedicated fleet department to deal with increasing demand from the contract hire and fleet management sector. The newly-created division will manage all the short-term rental requirements of fleet customers - which at 25% of EuroDollar's total UK business represents more than £24 million a year.

Additional staff are being recruited to match the company's significant investments in systems and software to cater better to the fleet sector. Newly-appointed national account managers Suzanne Holdbrook and Shaun Sadlier will be supported by sales executive Paul Ormerod and two further positions are being created. Specialised services on offer include Speedlink - the online rental management system, detailed management information, dedicated customer support operations, pre-agreed billing rates and a 24-hour breakdown service.

Paul Brown, EuroDollar sales manager, fleet, said: 'The new division offers our 26 fleet division customers, which include more than half the UK's major leasing companies, a one-stop shop facility, allowing us to provide total solutions tailored to the specific needs of the fleet industry. The dedicated fleet division team all have considerable industry experience and combined with my eight years of working with leasing companies, the creation of the fleet division is another example of EuroDollar's commitment to provide quality services in all areas of our business.'
