FLEET Cost Management has secured five major fleet deals covering almost 9,000 vehicles after a concerted assault on the large fleet sector. All the contracts involve fleets of 1,000 vehicles or more and FCM managing director Jeremy Snowden attributed the coups to the appeal of the fleet management specialist's comprehensive product portfolio and Select network of suppliers.

Snowden said: 'This has been an especially satisfying year in terms of major deals. These signings illustrate the appeal to large, well-organised fleets of FCM's philosophy of providing genuine bespoke solutions and a commitment to long-term relationships.'

The Select network is a nationwide chain of preferred suppliers, covering all areas of fleet operation from batteries to mobile phones, which charge agreed fixed prices to FCM customers.
