Two alternative packages are available, both supplied by Fleet Support Group. The new Gold Service allows fleet operators to access Esso's round-the-clock Fleet Support Service, which includes vehicle acquisition and disposal, maintenance management, accident management, ancillary supplies and a roadside rescue service. Invoicing will be tailored to individual fleet requirements but can be a single all-embracing invoice. The lower level Blue Service is a pay-on-use service offering roadside assistance, tyre replacement, windscreen and glass replacement, exhaust replacement and car hire.
All customers can use the card to buy fuels, lubricants, coolants, de-icer, radiator fluid, brake fluids, vehicle accessories, car wash and jet wash facilities and products from Esso shops. Coverage can be extended to include Shell service stations for a fee.
