Contracts boost Vauxhall Masterhire

VAUXHALL Master Hire has secured two new contracts with Home & Office Fire Extinguishers and the Management & Professional Officers Association. The MPO has already taken delivery of 10 Vauxhall Vectras on a three-year contract hire deal including maintenance, and will also promote to its 9,000 members Vauxhall Public Sector Operations' Public Sector Choices 1.2.3, a scheme designed for employees with a business mileage allowance.

Graham Corless, general secretary of MPO, said: 'We compared the relative costs of a number of acquisition options and proposals from other suppliers very carefully and found the Vauxhall scheme to be the most attractive.'

Meanwhile, Guy Rodcliffe, director of Home & Office Fire Extinguishers, said his service engineers were so pleased with their Astravans that when it came to replacing them they wouldn't accept anything else. The five new vans were sourced on a three year arrangement, renewing the company's contract with Vauxhall Master Hire.
