AT&T Automotive Services tops the latest Landmark performance quality survey of 15 leasing companies. The company has been in the number two slot for the last two surveys - conducted quarterly by Mitac and based on client responses. This time, however, it came out on top, ahead of rivals Fleetlease in second and Lex Vehicle Leasing in third.

The company scored 58 points out of a potential 70, awarded in 14 areas ranging from how quickly phone calls were answered to helpfulness of contacts and whether quotations and tenders contained accurate information.

Managing director Colin Tourick said: 'After two quarters as runners-up our continuing efforts to provide fleet operators with only the best service has paid dividends. We are now determined to stay ahead of the pack and will not let this success lead to complacency.'
