FLEET managers have voted the Vauxhall Vectra Fleet Car of the Year for the second year in succession giving the Luton-based manufacturer the title for the 13th time in 15 years of the Association of Car Fleet Operators competition. Vauxhall also took the Fleet Light Van of the Year with the Astravan and Combo van dead-heating for top spot.

Ford's Transit captured the Fleet Panel Van of the Year for the fifth time in succession. ACFO members vote for vehicles which in their experience provide the best value for money and overall performance in their fleets. To qualify, vehicles must have been available in the market place, and operated within the voting fleet, for a minimum of 12 months.
