Security firm chooses Ford for 100-vehicle deal

HEATHROW-based security specialist Aviation Defence International has signed a solus 100-vehicle deal with Ford. The deal is primarily for three-door Fiestas and Transit minibuses, but will also include managerial and executive cars, all funded through GK Leasing. ADI runs a 160-strong fleet, spread throughout its 27 offices in the UK and Europe.

Mark Granahan, ADI's purchasing manager, said: 'We chose Ford because it offered the best overall deal with the best range of vehicles. No other manufacturer could cover all of our requirements. And because we operate in the UK from Jersey to Shetland, the Ford dealer network is very useful to us.'
