NCR wins £7.5m Autolease deal

AUTOLEASE has awarded an exclusive three-year contract to National Car Rental involving the supply of 55,000 short-term rental vehicles. The unique to Autolease contract, worth £7.5 million, marks the first time that the company has signed a lengthy rental contract and not an annual deal.

The vehicles, ranging from Vauxhall Corsas to Ford Mondeos and up to executive models such as the Lexus, will be used by Autolease customers while their own lease car is awaiting delivery or in for repair. Autolease operations director Barry Hall said NCR won the contract 'because of its flexibility, consistently high levels of performance and a willingness to work with Autolease to enhance overall customer service'.
