1,045-vehicle Pernod contract for Lease Plan

LEASE Plan has won a contract to supply the Pernod Ricard Group in the UK. The leasing and fleet management company has a well-established relationship with Pernod in France for the supply of 900 vehicles, and has just won a 145-vehicle leasing contract for the UK fleet of Pernod subsidiary, Campbell Distillers.

The new solus arrangement replaces a multi-supplier policy, and will see Lease Plan manage all existing suppliers and provide direct driver contract with Campbell's drivers. Andrew Davie, human resources director at Campbell Distillers, said the firm was: 'Keen to consolidate their UK fleet as we have done in France. By choosing just one supplier we knew there would be considerable price efficiencies.'
