NCR in £3m 150-vehicle LDV deal

NATIONAL Car Rental has ordered 150 LDV Convoy Hi-Loader vans in a deal worth nearly £3million at showroom prices. Durability, reliability and LDV's purpose-fit options all weighed in favour of the British van maker.

NCR fleet sales controller Sean Hewitt commented: 'LCVs form a growing part of our business and it is vital that we provide customers with the right vehicle for the job. The Convoys offer excellent excellent cubic capacity, payload and durability.' NCR was formed in 1988 from a merger between Alamo Rent-a-Car and Eurodollar.
