FORD, Vauxhall and Volkswagen shared four awards in this year's Association of Car Fleet Operators' Fleet Vehicles of the Year Awards.

Ford's commercial vehicles manager Mike Platts; Vauxhall fleet marketing manager Keith Michaels and Volkswagen fleet marketing manager Sam Roach were presented with their trophies by ACFO chairman Tony Leigh at an Awards lunch.

The presentation came a month after the results of the annual Awards were announced at the London Motor Show, which saw the Vauxhall Vectra and Volkswagen Passat share the Car of the Year Award - the first tie in the 17-year history of the Awards decided by ACFO members who run 600,000 cars and vans between them - the Vauxhall Astravan win the Light Van Award and the Ford Transit win the Panel Van Award.
