The car gets the full Ghia treatment, including colour keyed bumpers, leather trimmed steering wheel and gear knob, power steering, large-format audio system, sunroof, remote central locking and alarm, engine immobiliser and reading lights.

A new 'plus pack' on the Encore model adds a new audio system and a factory fitted sunroof at a saving of £120 over the cost of the individual items. The pack is priced at £360. The 1.3 LX now has the option of a power pack. With a recommended retail price of £545, the package includes a heated front screen, power/heated mirrors, power front windows, remote central/double locking, alarm, map light, remote tailgate release, courtesy light delay and metallic paint. This is up to £550 less than the individually specified prices.
