RENAULT UK has outsourced the supply of courtesy cars for its 263 dealerships to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Renault customers are entitled to a courtesy car if any repair job takes longer than three hours.

Mike Jones, Renault UK's customer service manager, said: 'Should a dealer not have fleet capacity, the local Enterprise branch will ensure the replacement vehicle is delivered at the right time and to the right place.'

He added that dealers would now be able to book service and repair work to the capacity of their workshops, rather than the availability of courtesy cars. The new solus agreement builds on an established contract that sees Enterprise supply courtesy vans to Renault dealers.
