Seatbelt problem prompts MGF recall

MG ROVER is recalling more than 7,000 MGFs because of a possible seatbelt problem.

The recall affects 7,010 cars produced between September 2000, and September 2001. Owners are being asked to contact their local dealership to arrange for free remedial work to be carried out. Six incidents have occurred so far but no one has been injured.
