VOLVO has introduced a new Executive version of its S80 flagship aimed at chauffeur-driven customers and those after luxury and technology. The top-of-the-range model is available either with a 200bhp 2.9 V6 engine or a twin-turbo 272bhp 2.8-litre in the T6.

Rear space has been increased, while extra equipment includes special leather and walnut trim and a fridge. Options include GSM telephone system, front or rear TV and video, DVD player and WAP telephone with rear seat phone kit. Other special options include dark rear windows and armour protection.

The Ford-owned manufacturer is also offering an entry-level version of its V70 estate for £20,500. The V70 Torslanda uses the 140bhp version of Volvo's 2.4 five-cylinder engine and includes air conditioning, electric windows and a leather-covered steering wheel as standard. The Torslanda also a CO2 rating of 205g/km.
