FLEET managers are being invited to free seminars on 'green fleet management', set up by the Energy Efficiency Best Practice Programme.

The EEBPP is a Government initiative to improve energy efficiency in companies, and its seminars include presentations and workshops on what exactly is green fleet management, driver behaviour, health and safety, Motorvate, and ways to reduce costs, improve productivity and environmental performance. The seminars will run in late August and early September at:

• Birmingham, Swallow St John's Hotel, September 3, 2001.
• Bristol, Marriott Royal Hotel, September 4, 2001.
• Manchester, The Renaissance Hotel, September 12, 2001.
• Newcastle, The Vermont, September 13, 2001.
