TWO of the most important events in the fleet industry calendar are being launched today by sister title Fleet News - this year's 'FN50' Dinner and the 2001 Fleet News UK Congress.
The 'FN50' Dinner will see the unveiling of the annual comprehensive analysis of Britain's contract hire and leasing industry compiled by Fleet News and now in its eighth year. The Dinner will be held on Tuesday, November 6 at London's Café Royal.
Expected to be attended by about 300 of Britain's leasing and contract hire company chiefs, fleet directors of vehicle manufacturers and bosses of fleet service companies, the Dinner, sponsored by Kwik-Fit Fleet and Avis, is being held for the second year.
It will be followed on Wednesday, November 7, by this year's Fleet News UK Congress at London's Inter-Continental Hotel on Hyde Park Corner. The event is being sponsored by Ford and Ford Business Partner and is being organised in conjunction with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association.
FNN readers will be able to have input into the event by taking part in an online survey of fleet managers on this website, with the findings unveiled at the Congress. Further details will be released next week.
