Lloyds UDT rebrands

LLOYDS UDT Business Finance has changed its name to Black Horse Fleet Finance, to establish it more clearly as part of the Black Horse Motor and Leisure group.

And the name change will be just the first of a number of revisions for the firm. Sales operations director Phil Stones said: 'Being in such a dynamic market does not signal the end of all changes to the way in which we operate. We will continue to develop and address other issues which make us more attractive for dealers, operators and large corporates to do business with.

'The specific details of how the brand will operate in the fleet market will be communicated directly to all our dealers, operators and customers.

'The branding coincides with an extension of product range in particular the provision of services critical to the independent contract hire and daily rental sector. We are building stronger relationships with our partners, reflecting the underlying culture of Black Horse, and further developing our expertise in consumer finance for 'cash for car' users.'
