Industry standard

SOFTWARE company epyx is claiming its new 1link Service Network has become the industry standard for automatic authorisation of fleet service, maintenance and repair, even before it has gone live.

The company claims that 11 major manufacturers, with 4,500 dealers, and nine FN50 leasing companies will be using the system by early next year for all SMR booking, confirmation and invoicing.

The 1link Service Network uses the internet for electronic authorisation of service, maintenance and repair. The firm believes it will cut down on 70% of phone calls between leasing companies and dealers, saving fleets time and money.
