Zurich move

ZURICH UK Commercial is aiming to improve the time it takes to respond to fleet insurance claims by launching a new 24 hour-a-day telephone service.

Jeff McMahon, claims director for the firm, said: 'Accidents don't always occur during office hours. The new telephone-based system will help reduce administration and form filling which can often slow down the claims process.'
