FLEET managers will be able to track the progress of insurance claims in real- time following the launch of a new internet site by Elite Incident Management.

The firm, which specialises in third party claims handling and management, has invested £300,000 in the new technology and believes it will make the whole repair process quicker and more transparent, resulting in stronger control over costs.

Elite has also won the contract to look after the claims process, including negotiation of repair costs and authorisation of work, for KGM Motor Policies at Lloyds, with immediate effect.
