Fleets offered crash support

FLEET operators are being offered personal injury support for drivers involved in crashes which allows drivers to keep 100% of their compensation.

Willis Group's accident and fleet management package, DRIVE, aims to offer drivers a guaranteed 'no-win, no-fee' scheme without having to pay solicitor costs by giving up a proportion of their compensation or paying for an 'after the event' insurance policy.

Graham Harris, sales and marketing director for motoring initiatives at Willis, said: 'We have made a special arrangement with a limited number of solicitors who will act on behalf of drivers at no expense.

'The chosen solicitors will arrange and pay for an insurance cover which protects drivers and passengers from the need to pay any charges.'
