Volvo aims for chauffeur fleets

VOLVO is aiming to increase its share of chauffeur fleet sales by launching a dedicated sales, service and finance scheme at the end of this month.

The initiative, involving the Volvo S80 model range, includes partnerships with a number of suppliers, aims to offer the most competitive packages for chauffeur fleets and private hire companies.

Under the scheme London-based Volvo dealer HR Owen offers exclusive labour rates, discounts on parts, and extended warranty scheme and a collection and delivery service.

Hertz Lease can provide a tailor-made funding package, while Calor Autogas offers gas-conversions to help reduce running costs and avoid the congestion charging scheme to be introduced in London next year.

Volvo will launch the scheme at a seminar on September 26 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Anyone interested in attending should contact John Wadeson on 07786 276546.
