Called Move IT, the company claims the new service will offer 'the widest range of vehicles for hire across the country'.
Customers have the choice of the Caddy, Transporter, LT, Caravelle and Multivan, from parent company Volkswagen, but other vans will be available.
Europcar said: 'The service has been developed to tailor for customers' exact requirements. Whether a small to medium-sized enterprise, a large fleet operator or a consumer looking for a short term vehicle solution, Move IT will have the right vehicle at the right place, available from over 100 locations.'
Customers can choose from a rental period from half a day to an indefinite contract. lMeanwhile, Europcar managing director Paul Fleming is leaving his role to take up a senior position abroad. The move, which takes place this month, comes after he successfully turned the firm from a seven years of loss into profit, under the new ownership of Volkswagen. Further details of the move and his replacement will be announced shortly, the company says.
