Erewash Housing's order includes 14 Citroen C3s, eight Berlingos, 20 Dispatch vans and 37 Relays.
The C3 cars have been specified for the company's community support workers, while the commercial vehicles will be used by workers providing plumbing, electrical, decorating and other building maintenance and repair services.
The vehicles will be acquired from Arval PHH Keyfleets and operated on a three-year, 36,000-mile contract hire agreement with maintenance.
Erewash Housing's information and fleet controller, Tom Yeomans, said: 'The combination of Citroen vehicles and Arval PHH Keyfleet's comprehensive contract hire package proved difficult to beat.
'As a result, we have been able to replace the bulk of our fleet with one that will deliver low wholelife costs.'
