Parker Dairies has secured the 2.6-tonne Pilots, which will be used for deliveries across East London, adding them to its current fleet of 40 vehicles.
Paul Lough, depot manager at Parker Dairies, said: 'LDV was chosen to extend our fleet because of its flexibility in building vehicles to meet our exact specifications. The LDV Pilot is a good workhorse, economical to run and perfectly sized to allow our drivers to manoeuvre the vehicles closer to delivery point. LDV also has a convenient network of parts and servicing dealerships.'
The new vans, supplied by LDV dealer, Ford and Slater in Peterborough, come with a four-year/150,000-mile warranty.
