Geneva Motor Show: Yaris changes on the inside

TOYOTA'S revised Yaris made its European debut at the show with most changes hidden under the skin.

The Yaris (pictured) is now available with optional steering wheel audio controls, heated front passenger seat, three three-point rear seat belts, and the driver's seat on three-door models returns to its original position after being folded to allow passengers into the rear. The front bumper, radiator grille and headlamps have been revised, and all petrol engines now meet Euro IV emissions criteria.

A sequential manual transmission is also available, ABS with electronic brake force distribution is now standard on all models and the T Sport gains vehicle stability control (VSC) and traction control.
