Vehicle leasing and fleet management company LeasePlan has presented Avis Rent A Car with its Strategic Partner of the Year award.

The award was given for Avis' consistent achievement of Gold status for all four quarters of 2002 in three key areas of service level performance as judged by LeasePlan.
