The range will include a 525i SE and 545i SE in October, priced at £26,955 and £41,555 respectively, while March 2004 will see diesel choice expanded with the introduction of a 525d SE priced at £27,550.
BMW customers will be able to choose a Service and Maintenance Inclusive (SMI) package for £750, which covers cars for five years and 60,000 miles across Europe. The SMI package covers all servicing requirements, including brake and clutch replacement, in any BMW dealership throughout the EU, and is expected to extend to other models in the future.
All models will have a six-speed manual transmission as standard with options including a sequential manual gearbox (SMG) and six-speed automatic.
All 5-series models feature automatic air conditioning, part-electric seats and a revised BMW iDrive controller and colour screen.
