CHESTER-based Auto Travel is celebrating its 25th year as a Hertz International franchisee.

A dinner was held to mark the occasion where Auto Travel chairman Keith Higgins received a plaque from Hertz Europe's retired director, franchise operations, Neville Cheetham.
