DIRECTORS, senior management and customer service executives at Camden Corporate Fleet Services went 'back to the floor' with the aim of better understanding the needs of customers and to improve business efficiency.

As a result the company says it has implemented a number of changes that will improve customer service and, in some cases, save it money.
