MOTABILITY Operations has appointed Mike Betts as its chief executive officer following the departure of Ed Lester from the charity after nine years.

Betts was previously chief operating officer and prior to joining Motability Operations was managing director of Dial Contracts. Lester is to leave Motability Operations, formerly MFL, at the end of October but Betts has already taken over the role.
