£70,000 price tag for new Maserati

MASERATI'S new 400bhp V8-engined Quattroporte saloon will cost £69,995 on-the-road when it goes on sale in the spring.

Right-hand drive production begins in March with UK deliveries expected in late spring.

It comes with a three-year full 'peace of mind' service package and a Navtrak vehicle tracking system.

Standard equipment includes bi-xenon headlamps, automatic headlamp and windscreen wipers, leather seats, six airbags, electric front and rear seats, Blaupunkt satellite navigation and a Bose sound system.
