HELPHIRE has begun relocating staff to its new headquarters following a decision to move to a single site.

The company had previously been based in three offices – two in Bath and one in Keynsham – but has now spent £5 million on refurbishing a former Ministry of Defence building to relocate into one office.

Mark Jackson, chief executive at Helphire, said: 'Not only had we outgrown our existing premises but we were keen, for efficiency and service reasons, to have all operational staff located at one site. Operational staff are key to our business, handling more than 4,000 calls per day from customers.'
