INTERLEASING has appointed Garry Hobson as its new managing director.

The appointment follows the promotion of Nick Brownrigg, who now leads the European full service leasing business for parent company General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC). Hobson joins Interleasing from used car group CarLand, an Interleasing subsidiary company, where he has been managing director since 2002. Before that, he held management positions in the oil industry and the motor trade.
