DAVID Webster, a Hertfordshire-based street light maintainer, has added a specially-converted Vauxhall Movano van to its 420-strong fleet.

The van, converted by Powerlift UK, has a hydraulic tower and basket which can reach up to 11 metres.
David Webster's fleet manager Steve Farr said: 'It was quite a technical conversion and we had to be careful with the stress loading and tolerances. '
