THE British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association has presented awards to three top candidates in the annual City & Guilds examinations for rental operations.

Winners were Jane Donnelly and Morag Marshall of Arnold Clark Car Rental and Neil Blythe, branch manager, of Hampson's Self Drive Hire in King's Lynn.
